Jonathan Fagan LLM, LLB (EU), Cert RP, FIRP is a Solicitor (non-practising) and Founder of the Ten Percent Group, which includes Jonathan Fagan Business Brokers, Ten Percent Legal Recruitment, Interim Lawyers Locum Specialists and TP Transcription Limited, a specialist academic & business transcription & translation service. Jonathan studied law at Leicester University, trained with a solicitors firm in Leicester and on qualification worked for a Chambers-listed practice in Nottingham before setting up Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited in 2000. Well known for his recruitment & business broker expertise, Jonathan has also guest lectured on legal careers at UK universities. Jonathan can occasionally be found throwing his golf clubs into bushes, loves modern history, enjoys torturing his family with trips to National Trust properties and assorted battlefields, regularly trains with a local North Wales running club and in the summer plays cricket very badly for a local Cheshire team. Jonathan is a trustee of the Ten Percent Foundation, which distributes 10% of the group’s net profits to charity every year.

Taillte Mallon is a Director at Jonathan Fagan Business Brokers Limited. Taillte [tall-sha] has a BA (Hons) in History with English from Ulster University and a PgDL from the University of Law. Taillte has a love for books and enjoys reading in peace and quiet but is also fond of a gin and sprite on the weekends. She loves taking her three Staffordshire Bull terriers on adventures and going to Pilates. She loves binging TV shows and talks the ears off anyone who gives her a chance to chat about them!

Karen McIlvenna

Prior to joining the team, Karen worked as a High Intensity Therapist with the NHS and ran her own therapy centre, before taking a step back that became more permanent. She now supports the team in an administrative role, alongside running her own art studio and hosting creative events. Clare Fagan Cert RP FIRP is the Finance Director for the companies within our group and a qualified Legal Recruitment Consultant. She has been involved in the company since the start and has the fortune (or otherwise) of being married to Jonathan Fagan. Clare is a qualified GP and is probably the only medically trained recruitment consultant specialising in the legal profession! Clare enjoys experimental cookery, gardening and yoga.
